BRYAN NEUFELD
Owner, General Manager
Bryan is both a Red Seal Carpenter and a graduate with honors of B.C.I.T's 'Building Engineering Technology' program. He is also a recipient of the Gold Seal Certificate from the Canadian Construction Association for meeting professional Construction Management Excellence standards.
Bryan's extensive career has seen him responsible for the planning, administration, budgeting, scheduling and project management for multi-million dollar construction projects. As General Manager of Sprucelee he is an active member of the Project Management Team.
MARVIN NEUFELD
Owner, Project Manager
Marvin is a Red Seal Carpenter who got his BASc in Materials Engineering at UBC Engineering, bringing a unique skill to the Sprucelee Management Team.
Having previously worked at Teck Resources as a Production Engineer and Superintendent, Marvin has an understanding of big industry expectations while still working one on one with clients to ensure they get what they need, when they need it.
No project is to big – or to small.
BRAD THIESSEN
Owner, Project Manager
Brad is a Red Seal Carpenter and also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Design Studies from Dalhousie University School of Architecture.
Brad transitioned from a Designer/Carpenter role into a Project Manager role and part owner of Sprucelee Construction in 2014, where he is now responsible for the planning and administration of multiple projects, working directly with residential, commercial, and industrial clients from initial design development through to project completion.
RAYMUNDO PEREZ
Project Manager, Estimator
Ray has extensive experience in an array of levels within the construction industry. In addition to his experience as a Construction Site Manager, his hands on skills from drywalling to carpentry finishing and expert knowledge of window and door installation and replacement, only add to the valuable resources he provides Sprucelee clients as Project Manager & Estimator.
His certifications in moisture control, thermography, construction warranties and accurate industry estimations make him an integral member of our Project Manager team
NATALIE VAN WYCK
Office Manager
Natalie joined the Sprucelee team in September 2013. She has worked in the accounting and management industry for over 24 years.
Natalie diligently and conscientiously oversees all of the accounting activities
for Sprucelee .
Outside of the office, Natalie can be found enjoying the outdoors and helping her husband manage their family farm.
BRONNIE BEGG
Project Manager Assistant
Bronnie is the newest member of our team and functions in an administrative and project manager assistant capacity.
Her background includes office administration, graphic design, photography, and 3-D log home
drafting & design presentations.
OUR TRADESMEN LEADERS
Our excellent certified Red Seal Carpenter Tradesmen head our construction team on all Sprucelee project sites, leading by example in the quality of their workmanship, their attention to detail, safety, and dedication. We are proud to have each of them on the Sprucelee Team, and all our carpenters that work on their crews.
